Asian Americans and Boundaries
Join us for a short-term four week process group for Asian and Asian American identifying folks to collectively explore our unique struggles with boundaries in Asian contexts. The group will aim to:
Define different types of boundaries and explore contexts where each type may be useful
Engage the intersections between our cultural values and boundaries
Notice where we may need to set or revise our own boundaries
Discuss ways to set boundaries in a way that honor both ourselves and our values
Dates: April 15th, 22nd, 29th, and May 6th from 10-11:30 AM
Duration: 4 meetings
Location: Telehealth (Zoom)
Cost: $200 for all four sessions ($50/group), payment due upfront (payment plans available for some folks and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
