Whether you're a professional caregiver, advocate, or someone who supports others through trauma, exposure to others' pain can quietly build up—leading to compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, or burnout.
Join a licensed mental health counselor for a closed (4-8 participants) two-part virtual workshop designed to help you name what you’re experiencing, learn practical strategies, and build resilience alongside a compassionate community.
Group Objectives:
Guidance and insight on how trauma exposure affects you
Practical tools and reflective prompts for emotional clarity and resilience
Community support through group discussion

COST: $50 per session (total of $100).

MEET THE FACILITATOR
Marissa Merrill, LMHC, LPC has seven years of experience offering trauma-informed mental health care. Before becoming a counselor, she worked with survivors of domestic violence, immigrants, and child sexual abuse survivors. Marissa brings deep empathy, practical tools, and a passion for helping others care for themselves while caring for others.
